My branding journey began with my DJ career, where I quickly rose to become one of Norway’s top female DJs, sharing the stage with artists like Davido and Yxng Bane. Alongside DJing, I earned a sound engineering certification from Noroff and helped launch Noroff Records, honing my technical and creative skills while assisting artists in shaping their brand voices.
Transitioning from music, I applied my branding expertise to create strategic messaging and unique brand identities for small businesses. My strengths lie in storytelling and content creation, crafting communications that resonate with diverse and international environments. I excel in both internal and external communications, turning strategic goals into actionable plans, and effectively conveying them through words and visuals. My experience in instructional design and public speaking enhances my ability to create compelling presentations, blending educational methodologies with digital marketing strategies. I consistently deliver cohesive and innovative content across photography, videography, graphic design, and copywriting.

Quarrio is an enterprise SaaS platform which uses deterministic AI to convert data into actionable insights, enabling users to get instant access to data in their systems whenever and however they need it.
As the Brand Marketing Manager at Quarrio, I manage internal and external communications, ensuring strategic goals are effectively conveyed to international teams and consumers. I develop marketing materials aligned with business objectives, support executives in synthesizing and communicating global strategies, lead external marketing initiatives, create written and visual content, and oversee brand and website development and management. I craft compelling narratives, create strategically aligned content, manage global communications, and lead profound digital marketing efforts.

When I redesigned Quarrios' website, my creative work significantly boosted the marketing campaign's performance. I focused on creating a visually engaging, user-friendly experience that perfectly aligned with the brand’s identity. By integrating compelling visuals, clear messaging, and intuitive navigation, the new site effectively captured customer attention and improved the user journey. I also ensured content and messaging aligned with SEO best practices and guided the creative direction of all assets, from design to copy, to reflect the brand's vision and engage the target audience.

I crafted this ethos for Quarrio, drawing from a strategic narrative I developed to align our internal stakeholders with our external marketing efforts. This alignment was crucial in creating a unified brand message that resonated both internally and externally. The ethos successfully served as a foundational guide for all communications, reinforcing Quarrio's commitment to integrity, accuracy, and transparency in the AI space.
Against the goals established for this piece, the ethos exceeded expectations. Internally, it fostered a stronger sense of purpose and cohesion among team members, aligning them with Quarrio’s mission and values. Externally, it provided a compelling narrative that differentiated Quarrio from competitors, leading to a significant increase in brand trust and credibility among our audience. Google gave us access to information, Facebook facilitated the sharing of information, the iPhone made technology accessible, TikTok widened audiences, and ChatGPT and its ilk are revolutionizing content creation with generative AI.
Yet, in this era of technological advancement, challenges emerge. The very tools designed to enhance our lives can be hijacked to spread falsehoods and erode trust. We find ourselves at a crossroads where the promises of technology clash with the reality of misinformation, identity theft, abuse, and much more. The current technology landscape is plagued by unreliable sources, where computers in their “artificial unintelligence” often misunderstand the world. Without proper safeguards, AI can lead to political and economic oppression, disrupting jobs, privacy, and cybersecurity.

Transparency, exposing how the system works breaks the mystic hold of seemingly sentient conversations. By understanding how answers are derived, we protect our customers from malevolent products and misinformation that can be detrimental to progress and growth.
